China Education Service Center Co., Ltd. (CESC), affiliated to China Ministry of Education, was founded in 1984 with approval of former State Committee of Education and registered by State Administration of Industry and Commerce. It is one of the first agencies chartered by the Ministry of Public Security in sending self-sponsored Chinese students from all parts of the country abroad for their further education. With the purpose of "to serve reform and development of China's education, to serve both teachers and students of the country", CESC has devoted to the internationalization of China's education by pushing international culture, professional and educational exchange; supplying and developing education information service; training coruses and education network. In 2004, CESC becomes one of the first state-chartered agencies to help Chinese citizens to immigrate abroad, help people obtain visas on visiting relatives and friends abroad, help people inherit fortune abroad and go abroad on private purpose.

As the only registered office of TOFEL test enrollment in Beijing, CESC has developed a full set of service regulations according to her rich experiences for TOEFL registration, and obtained good comments and trust from the State Examination Center under the Ministry of Education of China, and all TOFEL candidates in Beijing area.

Since the foundation in 1984, CESC has supplied high quality services for more than 100,000 people. With China's entry into WTO and China's education stepping into the world, the center will devote herself with a brand new face in the reform and development of China's education, and pushing forward its internationalization in the new century.
